Vitamin D Video Therapy

This video therapy has been designed to help eliminate the symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). SAD is a mood disorder associated with depression episodes and related to seasonal variations of light.( see http://www.nmha.org/infoctr/factsheets/27.cfm for more information)

With the use of new motion capture devices, Special Spectrum Capture Camera® we are now able to shot and then transmit broad spectrum wavelengths (280-320nm) through a standard video screen. This spectrum of light is what enables the skin to produce vitamin D.

Soft music has been added to the video therapy to help in relaxation. For best result, set your monitor to the factory default. It is recommended to watch the video once per day, and to use it in conjunction with a positive and inquisitive attitude towards life.
